Closerbase is now Yeahbase. What started as a platform for sales jobs is becoming the AI matching platform for high-demand jobs — meaning the professional fields that currently have a particularly high number of open positions: sales, nursing, skilled trades, and more.

Why Closerbase is becoming Yeahbase
We launched in June 2019 as closerfinden.de — a platform for sales jobs in the DACH region. In October 2020, it became Closerbase. Today, almost seven years after launch, we're taking the next step: Yeahbase.
During this time, we've learned what really makes a good match — beyond pure skills. For the past few weeks, we've been automating this process: AI-powered matching actively connects candidates with suitable jobs. Now we're expanding our focus to professional fields with especially high staffing demand: nursing as the first step, with skilled trades and more to follow.
Yeahbase stands for this step — a name that isn't tied to a single professional field. The mission remains the same: we connect people with the jobs where they are needed.
What makes Yeahbase different
Yeahbase actively brings people and jobs together. Our AI compares candidate profiles with the requirements of open positions and suggests the jobs that are truly a fit.
Employers benefit from the same matching logic: a posted job reaches the candidates whose profiles match the role — resulting in applications with a high hit rate.

Yeahbase is launching live with two industries — sales and nursing. Both are among the professional fields with especially high staffing demand in Germany.

What changes for you as a candidate
If you already have a Closerbase profile, everything continues as before — just under a new name. Your profile stays intact, and you'll continue to receive suitable job suggestions.
What's new: you can now also discover jobs outside of sales. If you work in one of the industries listed above or want to enter one, it's worth reviewing your profile — we match you to all professions you specify in your preferences.
With the Apply Agent, this becomes fully automatic: as soon as your profile is set up, the agent continuously compares it with all jobs on the platform and applies fully automatically to suitable positions.

What's next
Yeahbase is the beginning of a broader idea: a workforce orchestrator platform that brings people and jobs together across industries and national borders.
In concrete terms, this means that over the coming months, additional high-demand professional fields will go live, the matching will become more specific through continuous training, and the international pipeline process will be expanded to additional countries of origin and professional fields.
