Marco-Stefano Bauer

Eleven years in sales, seven of them running his own delicatessen business: five employees, two vehicles, sold in 2023. Quotes, calculations, complaints, and staff scheduling passed across his desk — exactly what he now wants to do full-time: inside sales, customer support, and order processing. He works remotely from Chiang Mai, is five hours ahead of Germany, and is flexible in terms of time, including late shifts and weekends. He is happy to complete a test assignment.
