Moritz Thiele

After seven years in recruiting and nearly one year of sales experience, they want to focus on what particularly inspires them: understanding people, building trust, and supporting companies in their growth. In recruiting, they learned to identify needs, handle objections, and persuade people. Moving into setting and closing is therefore a deliberate development of their strengths, aimed at bringing people together with suitable solutions.
